AWR report creates .html file and if you open up the main AWR file, you will find the 'Main Report'.
e.g., cdr0_awrrpt_rac_15pm_1_13pm.html
Look for 'Wait Events Statistics' and this is the place it will show all the Waiting issues/processes.
For example: If it is a SQL that takes longer time to execute, it will be show in 'Complete List of SQL Text' at the very end of the Report.
